Oso Creek Mansion was founded by John and Letty Romanucci, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three, with a shared belief that assisted living should feel like home—not an institution. As a family, we value dignity, connection, and compassionate care at every stage of life.
Our journey into senior living began when Letty's mother needed assisted living and our family experienced firsthand the impact of inadequate care in an environment that lacked warmth, attention, and a true sense of home. That experience inspired a vision for something better.
Oso Creek Mansion was created to provide personalized assisted living and memory care in a warm, residential-style setting where residents are treated with dignity, families feel supported, and care is delivered with intention and heart.
