Oso Creek Mansion was founded by John and Letty Romanucci, a husband-and-wife team and parents to two sons and a daughter, with a shared belief that assisted living should feel like home and not an institution. As a family, we value dignity, connection, and compassionate care at every stage of life.
Our journey into senior living began personally, when Letty’s mother needed assisted living and our family witnessed firsthand the effects of inadequate care in a setting that lacked warmth and attention. That experience shaped our vision for something better.
Oso Creek Mansion was created to redefine assisted living and memory care as a warm, estate-style residence where residents are respected, families feel confident and supported, and care is delivered with intention and heart. With a limited number of private suites, thoughtful amenities, and trusted care partnerships, our mission is to create a place where residents can truly thrive, and families can find peace of mind.
