Oso Creek Mansion was founded by John and Letty Romanucci, a husband-and-wife team and parents of three, with a shared belief that assisted living should feel like home, not an institution. As a family, we value dignity, connection, and compassionate care at every stage of life.
Our journey into senior living began with a deeply personal experience. When Letty’s mother required assisted living, our family witnessed firsthand the impact of inadequate care in an environment that lacked warmth, attentiveness, and a true sense of home. That experience inspired a vision for something better.
Oso Creek Mansion was created to redefine assisted living and memory care through a boutique, residential-style model where residents are treated with dignity, families feel supported and confident, and care is delivered with intention and compassion.
